Simply Uniforms online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased securely online using Paypal. Other payment options are available – just contact us on (08) 9378 3765. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
Pricing
All prices in the shopping areas are in Australia dollars (A$) and exclude GST (10% goods and services tax).
For overseas customers Australian Goods and Services Tax is not applicable.
If you are an Australian customer, the GST will be shown at the time of checkout. Estimated freight will also be shown at this stage. Our minimum order size is 5 units. Orders of less than 5 units can be placed but these may be subject to a Small Order Surcharge of $15 plus GST.
All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order and refund your payment if you decide not to proceed.
Freight
Postage & packing is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order.
Postage calculations are estimates and while we try to to ensure that this calculation is accurate, under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be incorrect and may not cover the real delivery costs. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to processing your order to inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order and receiving a refund.
Security
It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your credit card over the counter in a store. To ensure that your credit card or other personal details are kept secure in transit on the Internet, we use the highest level of encryption possible (using a 128-bit SSL digital certificate) to encrypt the data going to and from the web site.
In addition, the Simply Uniforms web site is hosted on a very secure Australian-based server to prevent hackers from obtaining access to your data. Even if this unlikely event does occur, we do not keep a record of your full credit card number. Only authorised personnel from the Simply Uniforms site administration and our hosting provider are allowed either physical or electronic access to the full information required in order to process payments.
